Payment notification before renewal
When your subscription is due for renewal, an email notification will be sent to your billing email 7 days before we process the next charge. If you no longer want to continue your subscription, you can cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
The email that will receive this notification is located on the Billing page. Please ensure the email reflected in the Billing information section is the one you would like to receive the notification on.
If you would like to receive payment notifications for renewal on a different email. You can update your billing email on the Billing page.
