Change your login email

Your login email uniquely identifies your account on Mobbin. 

Your login email can be different to your billing email, which receives payment notifications, invoices, and receipts.

There can only be one email associated with each account. Changing your login email will not affect your membership. If you are subscribed to a membership, you will still maintain your membership even after the change.

Change your login email

Before changing your login email, you must ensure there is no existing Mobbin account associated with the new email you would like to change to. 

If there is an existing account associated with the new email, you will see an error message. You can only change your login email after you delete your account associated with the new email. 

Here are the steps to change your login email:

  1. Log in to Mobbin with your old email.
  2. Click on your avatar at the top-right corner of the page. 
  3. Click on Account settings
  4. Enter your new email into the Email field and click on Update. 
  5. A verification email will be sent to your new email.
  6. Go to the email inbox of your new email, open the verification email, and click the Confirm new email address button.
  7. You are all done! You should now be logged in to the same account via your new email.
