Troubleshoot login link not working
Some email providers, especially for work emails, such as Mimecast, use security features like URL sanitisation or URL sandboxing. Since our login links can only be used once, such security features could cause our login links to expire before you click it.
You can quickly test this by logging in with another email address (preferably Gmail or any other personal email service) on the same device. If you can log in, that means the issue is indeed due to your email service provider.
How to fix the issue?
The only workaround for this issue is to contact your email service administrator (usually the IT team in your organization) to disable URL sanitisation or URL sandboxing for emails coming from Mobbin.
Otherwise, you can try the following instead:
- Refresh your browser.
- Log in and out of the website with your email.
- Try using a different browser.
- Try connecting to a different internet connection.
