Troubleshoot missing data from account

Unless you delete your account or request for your data to be deleted, Mobbin will never delete your user data. 

How to fix the issue?

If your account looks like it has been reset, and you are unable to see your previously saved collections, check that you have logged in with the correct email.

If you are using other options to log in, ensure that the third party accounts (e.g. Google, Twitter, etc.) have the same email address as the one you signed up with.

For Gmail or Google Workspace users: Mobbin does not merge email addresses with permutations in periods. For example, logging in to and will log you in to two different Mobbin accounts.
