Delete your account
Overview
If you wish to delete your Mobbin account, you must initiate the process yourself.
Before proceeding, please contact us if you have any outstanding or overdue invoices to ensure proper handling.
The process of deleting your account is irreversible. Once an account is deleted, all associated data is permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
How to delete your account?
Pro Plan
Log in to your Mobbin account.
Navigate to the top-right corner of the page, and click on your avatar.
From the menu, select Settings.
Confirm that the email in the Email address field is the correct email.
Once verified, click Delete in the Manage account section.
Confirm the deletion by clicking the Delete account button on the confirmation dialog.
Team Plan
Log in to your Mobbin account.
Navigate to the top-right corner of the page, and click on your avatar.
From the menu, select your Team, and click Settings.
Confirm that the team name in the Team name field is accurate.
Once verified, click Delete.
Confirm the deletion by clicking the Delete account button on the confirmation dialog.
Enterprise Plan
For customers on the Enterprise Plan, please contact us for assistance with the deletion process.
What happens after deletion?
Once the deletion is confirmed, all data associated with your account will be permanently removed.
Be certain before proceeding, as this process is irreversible, and we would not be able to retrieve past data linked to your account.
