Overview

Mobbin partners with Stripe to securely handle payments and invoicing.

The fastest way to pay for a Pro and Team Plan subscription is by using a credit or debit card. However, there are other ways to pay for a subscription.

This article will cover all the options available.

Credit or debit cards

When you choose to pay with a credit or debit card, you will have to enter your card details at the checkout page.

Once you have made payment, you can manage your card details on the Billing page at any time after you have made a purchase. Mobbin accepts and supports most major credit or debit cards:

  • Visa

  • MasterCard

  • American Express

  • China UnionPay

  • Japan Credit Bureau (JCB)

Certain banks may require an extra verification step to authenticate the purchase. In such cases, a confirmation code will be sent to the mobile phone linked to your card. You must enter this code to authenticate the purchase.

Apple Pay

If you are using Safari web browser on iOS or macOS, you can pay by Apple Pay.

To proceed with Apple Pay, you must be logged in to an Apple ID account with a credit or debit card registered in your Wallet app. If Apple Pay is supported, you will find the Apple Pay button displayed on the checkout page.

Google Pay

To make a payment using Google Pay, it is necessary for you to be logged in to your Google account on your browser, and Google Pay must be enabled.

If Google Pay is supported, you will see the Google Pay button on the checkout page.

Bank transfer

Bank transfers are only available to customers who opt for the Enterprise Plan. This plan comes with a minimum seat count and requires a yearly billing cycle.

Invoice payment

Payment by invoice is an option extended to teams on either the Team or Enterprise Plan.

If your organisation prefers payment by invoice, please send us a purchase order.

It is important to note that, despite the availability of invoice payment, teams on the Team Plan are required to settle payments using card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

Bank transfer, on the other hand, is a payment option exclusively available to teams subscribed to the Enterprise Plan.

Paypal

We do not support payment via PayPal, unless you are using a PayPal Cash Card.
