The Mobbin Referral Program ("Program") is designed to reward Mobbin subscribers who share Mobbin with others. When a subscriber refers a new paying customer using their unique referral link, they become eligible to earn rewards.

By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

Mobbin reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Have an active Mobbin Membership;

• Not be employed by Mobbin or engaged as a contractor;

• Reside outside the countries listed in Annex 1 (Excluded Countries);

• Be at least 18 years of age.

Duration

Initially runs for one calendar year. Mobbin may extend or terminate the Program at any time.

Referrals are eligible for rewards only if all the following conditions are met:

• The referee must sign up via your unique referral link and purchase a paid Mobbin plan.

• The referee must be a new user with no prior Mobbin account.

• The referral must comply with all Fair Use and Anti-Abuse Terms listed below. You must not refer yourself or anyone using shared or duplicate account details (e.g., billing, payment method, IP).

Participants in the Referral Program can unlock and redeem rewards based on the number of successful referrals they make.

You’ll unlock rewards for each successful referral, which can be redeemed for the following rewards:

All referral rewards must be redeemed before the end of the program term. Unredeemed rewards will be forfeited when the program ends.

Rewards cannot be converted to cash, cash equivalents, or credit outside of Mobbin credit. All rewards are non-transferable and nonexchangeable.

Certain physical rewards (such as Aesop, Sonos, or Apple products) may not be available in countries listed in Annex 1. However, Mobbin Pro Forever and $15 Mobbin credit rewards are redeemable worldwide.

For rewards that require physical delivery:

• You are fully responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address when submitting your redemption request.

• Mobbin is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or loss due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you.

• We do not replace, exchange, or offer alternative items for any reason, including incorrect addresses, delivery failure, product issues, or change of mind.

• We do not purchase shipment insurance for any rewards. Once your reward has been shipped, no further changes can be made to the delivery address, recipient name, or reward item.

• If changes are required after shipment, you must coordinate directly with the vendor or shipping carrier. Mobbin will not be able to intervene or assist once an item has been dispatched.

Mobbin reserves the right to disqualify participants, revoke rewards, and terminate access to the Referral Program at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the event of actual or suspected abuse or manipulation. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

Participants are prohibited from referring themselves or creating multiple accounts for the purpose of receiving referral rewards. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Referring any account that the participant owns or controls;

• Creating or using multiple Mobbin accounts, regardless of differing email addresses, devices, or browsers;

• Registering with false or misleading personal details (e.g. fake names, contact information, or email addresses);

• Signing up through one's own referral link via any means or device.

Violations of this policy may result in immediate and permanent disqualification from the Referral Program. Mobbin may, at its discretion, terminate all associated accounts and revoke any rewards earned through such activity.

Referrals will be deemed ineligible if the referrer and referee are determined to reside in the same household or share materially similar identifying details. Ineligible referrals may include, but are not limited to cases where:

• The same billing address, shipping address, or payment method is used;

• The same IP address, Wi-Fi network, browser session, or device is detected;

• The referrer and referee reside at the same physical address or within a shared living or working space.

Mobbin enforces a strict one-reward-per-household policy. Any referral found in violation of this policy may be deemed invalid.

All referrals must be made in good faith and reflect genuine interest from new users. The Referral Program must not be used in a way that circumvents its purpose or attempts to gain an unfair advantage.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Creating accounts or identities for the primary purpose of redeeming rewards;

• Submitting referrals with overlapping or suspicious user data (e.g. similar names, email domains, device fingerprints);

• Generating high-volume referrals through artificial, automated, or incentivised channels;

• Promoting referral links via spam, misleading content, or unauthorised advertising platforms.

Mobbin actively monitors referral activity and reserves the right to take appropriate action where misuse is suspected.

Mobbin reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

• Withhold, deny, or revoke any rewards;

• Disqualify any participant from the Program;

• Reclaim previously issued rewards;

• Suspend or terminate any account involved in actual or suspected abuse

All decisions made by Mobbin regarding reward eligibility, program participation, and enforcement are final and binding. Mobbin is under no obligation to provide advance notice, explanation, or support in connection with enforcement actions arising from violations of these terms.

Mobbin may update, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time. All changes will be reflected in the latest version of these Terms, available on our website. Your continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.

The following countries are excluded from certain reward redemptions due to restrictions:
Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Barbados, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Czech Republic, Central African Republic, China and Hong Kong, Croatia, DPRK, DRC, Ecuador, Egypt, Estonia, Gibraltar, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Jamaica, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Philippines, Russia, Senegal, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tanzania, Turkey, Uganda, UAE, Ukraine, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
