When your team admin invites you to join a Mobbin team, you’ll receive an email invitation. Joining only takes a few steps.

How to join your team

  1. Check your inbox

    • Look for an email with the subject line: Join your team on Mobbin.

  2. Open the invitation

    • Inside, you’ll see a Join now button. Click it to continue.

  3. Log in or sign up

    • You’ll be redirected to Mobbin’s website.

    • Log in using the same email address your admin invited.

    • If you’re new to Mobbin, create your profile first before continuing.

  4. Accept the invitation

    • After logging in, you’ll be prompted to click Accept.

  5. Start collaborating

    • Once accepted, you’ll be added automatically to your team’s workspace.

    • To see who else is in your team, go to Settings > Team.


Common questions

I didn’t receive the invitation email. What should I do?

First, check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, ask your team admin to resend the invitation.

Can I join a team with a different email address?

No. You’ll need to log in with the exact email address your admin invited you with. If you’d prefer to use another email, ask your admin to update the invitation.

What happens if I already have a Mobbin account with the invited email?

You’ll log in as usual, and then accept the invitation to be added to the team.

Do I need a paid subscription to join my team?

No. Your access is covered under your team’s subscription. You don’t need to purchase a separate plan.

Can I be part of more than one team?

Yes. You can join multiple teams if you’ve been invited. To switch between teams, open the Menu in Mobbin and select the team you’d like to access.
