Failed to join a team

If your team is not reflected on the Membership page after you tried joining, try out these troubleshooting steps:

  1. On the Membership page, ensure you are looking at the Team membership section, and not the Personal membership section. If you see your team name under the Team membership section and can view other members on the team, this confirms that you have been added to the team.

  2. Refresh your page again to see if it works.

  3. Get your team admin to resend the invitation.

  4. Log out of the website, click on the Join now link in your email again, and log in using the email and login link method.
