Mobbin Pro is for individual use. To keep things fair and smooth for everyone, we limit how many devices you can use at the same time.

Device limit

With a Mobbin Pro plan, you can be logged in on up to 3 devices at once. If you go over this limit, the oldest device will be logged out.

How it works

Each time you log in, it counts toward your device limit.

For example:

  • Using Chrome and Safari on the same laptop counts as two devices

  • Being logged in on your laptop and your phone at the same time also counts as two devices

To stay within the limit, log out of any devices or browsers you’re not actively using so you always have space when you need it.

Upgrading for more users

If more than one person needs to use Mobbin at the same time, a Team Plan is the best option. It gives each teammate their own login, with:

  • Shared access for the whole team

  • Centralised billing for easier management

  • Extra seats so everyone can work under one account

For larger organisations with custom requirements, we also offer Enterprise Plans.

Common questions

Why was I logged out if I’m the only one using Mobbin?

You may be logged in on multiple devices or browsers.

Can I share my Pro account with teammates?

No. Pro accounts are for individual use only. If you’d like to collaborate, the Team Plan is the best option.

What if the system logged me out by mistake?

Log out of all devices and then log back in. If the issue continues, reach out to us.
