Pro Plan

Memberships under the Pro Plan are non-transferable between accounts. If you no longer have access due to leaving the company or a change in email, please contact us for assistance.

If you are using Mobbin in a team, consider signing up for our Team Plan, where membership allocation is based on seat-based billing. With teams, you can easily manage access by adding or removing members.

Team Plan or Enterprise Plan

Team admins can give a user membership by inviting users to your team. Keep in mind that memberships are not transferable between different teams.

In the event that your team admin has left the company, and you are unable to manage the team access, please contact us for assistance.
