Change your login email


Your login email uniquely identifies your account on Mobbin, and it can be different to your billing email, which receives payment notifications, invoices, and receipts.

There can only be one email associated with each account. Changing your login email will not affect your membership. If you are subscribed to a membership, you will still maintain your membership even after the change.

Before changing your login email, you must ensure there is no existing Mobbin account associated with the new email you would like to change to. If there is an existing account associated with the new email, you will see an error message. You can only change your login email after you delete your account associated with the new email.

Follow these steps to change your login email:

  1. Log in to Mobbin using your old email

  2. Navigate to the top-right corner of the page and click on your avatar.

  3. From the menu, select Settings.

  4. On the Account Settings page, click on Edit, in the Email address section.

  5. Input your new email address, then click Save.

  6. A verification email will be sent to your new email.

  7. Open the verification email in your new email inbox, and click the Change email button.

  8. You are all done! You are now logged in to the same account with your new email.
